Applying HAS (Haute Autorité de Santé) quality management standard into the hospital operation marks an important milestone towards our international development.
Hanoi Eye Hospital 2 has been becoming one of the first hospitals outside France to implement the world's most rigorous hospital quality management standards. In addition, the hospital always achieves very high scores in the tests and evaluations done by Hanoi Department of Health.
Launched in 1996, HAS is a mandatory standard for all hospitals in France. HAS comprehensively and flexibly evaluates the continuous quality improvement process in the hospital consisting of risk identification, action plans for controlling risks. These are represented by regulations development and adjustment as well as regulation compliance in our daily care and treatment.
